2018 Library Grant Cycle Celebrates Youth Reading with $162,304 Granted to 26 Finger Lakes Libraries
In the 8 years of our Library Grant Cycle we have granted more than $1 million to libraries in the Finger Lakes Library System. Read more at 2018 Library Grant Cycle Milestone
The Library Grant Cycle, making grants from the Bernard Carl and Shirley Rosen Fund and from additional Community Foundation Funds, seeks to promote genuine intellectual curiosity and a lifelong love of reading and learning by encouraging youth to develop habits of regular library use. Eligible applicants are the 33 public libraries in Cayuga, Cortland, Seneca, Tioga and Tompkins counties, the 5 counties of the Finger Lakes Library System.
