You are invited to Community Foundation’s Site Visit to Youth Farm Project

 

Community Foundation has made multiple grants to the Youth Farm Project from the Lane Family Fund, the Women’s Fund and the Rothman and Alford Fund as well as additional other funds. Would you like to learn more about Youth Farm Project? Come join us for an in-depth visit to learn more about how they are transforming the lives of young people. We’ll be hosting a site visit on Thursday, August 31 from 5:00-8:00PM with tours starting at 5:30PM. Come for any portion of this timeframe.  This is an informal evening of food, Youth Farm kids and their families, and farm tours (led by teens), along with a chance to simply talk to one another about our common sense of purpose and to celebrate examples of when it works.
