Let’s Talk: Sexual and Reproductive Health Care Access
Join our guests, Dawn Cornell and Caroline Praderio, Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, for a 30 minute conversation on what is at stake for sexual and reproductive health care for all New Yorkers. Co-hosted by the Women’s Fund Advisory Committee.
Join Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s (PPGNY) Dawn Cornell, Director of Individual Giving, and Caroline Praderio, Manager of Institutional Funding, for a look at how the organization has evolved following an organizational merger and in response to the global pandemic. Dawn and Caroline will highlight the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusivity in care and education, as well as unpack how the SCOTUS’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade could impact patient care nationwide and the organization’s strategic plans to ensure that PPGNY continues to provide exceptional care locally, while also providing a safe haven for patients seeking abortion care from states hostile to abortion.
Given the stresses of last year and the ongoing recovery from COVID-19 pandemic, learn along-side others. All of this with ongoing work to build a more racially just society. You will have an opportunity to ask questions.
