Community Foundation Grants $18,109 in Fall 2014 Letter of Inquiry Process

Community Foundation is pleased to announce 15 grants totaling over $18,000 to 10 organizations in its Fall 2014 General Letter of Inquiry process. Grantees include New York State Baroque for a performance of Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610, the Ithaca Voice for local news coverage, Unity House for replacement of computers, the History Center for a space needs planning survey, Ithaca Waldorf School for scholarships, Ithaca High School Costa Rica Club for travel scholarships, Men of Color Council for its annual conference, GreenStar Community Projects, Wood’s Earth for a fresh snack program and the Village at Ithaca for Dorothy Cotton Jubilee Singers.

 

Tompkins Today and Tomorrow Fund provided $13,615 of funding while a combination of three donor advised funds provided the balance of $4,494 of funding.
