The Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) is the Council’s recommended partner for those needing support in mobilizing a philanthropic response to disasters.

Their dedicated page on the virus provides helpful information about the outbreak and ways you can help. CDP also maintains a Global Recovery Fund to support such disasters if you wish to support international responses.
