Celebrating a New Partnership with Ithaca Pride Alliance
We’re proud to announce a new partnership with the Ithaca Pride Alliance as a partner of this year’s Ithaca Pride Festival 2026—our first time supporting this celebration, and an opportunity we’re truly honored to step into.
We believe that showing up for community means more than words. It means being present, building relationships, and investing in spaces where people feel seen, valued, and safe to be fully themselves. Pride is one of those spaces. It is a celebration, but it is also a powerful reminder of the ongoing work to ensure equity, visibility, and belonging for LGBTQ+ communities.
This partnership reflects our broader commitment to supporting all communities in ways that are meaningful and responsive. As funders, we are constantly challenging ourselves to look beyond traditional pathways of funding—toward the people, organizations, and movements that are often overlooked but deeply impactful. Supporting Ithaca Pride Alliance is part of that intention: recognizing the importance of grassroots leadership and community-driven celebration.
Co-Chair Crissi Dalfanzo says, “Pride is, first and foremost, a celebration of community. This year’s theme, “United We Rise,” is both a call to come together and a reminder that we’re stronger united than we are apart. Come and join us June 12-14! We truly couldn’t bring this year’s events to life without the financial support and hands-on involvement of our community. We’re especially grateful to partner with sponsors like The Community Foundation. With over 250 volunteer slots during Pride Weekend this June, there are so many ways to get involved so please sign up and spread the word!”
