New Fund Advisor Portal Has Launched in January 2023
We are conducting an across the board software systems upgrade, including our Fund Advisor Portal, formerly known as DonorCentral.

FUND ADVISOR PORTAL ACCESS
We are improving our donor services and have just launched a brand new way for fund advisors to access your fund, make grant recommendations and engage in impactful philanthropy in support of our community. We believe that you will enjoy this upgrade.
If you serve as a fund advisor you have received the set-up notification email on Friday January 13 from sender ” Community Foundation of Tompkins County <no-reply@fcsuite.com>”. That email came with specific individualized instructions for logging into the new system. If you cannot find that email check your junk and spam filtered folders. If you are still unable to locate that email, then please contact our Chief Philanthropic Services and Systems Officer Amy LeViere to assist you by email at aleviere@cftompkins.org.

Your 2022 year-end fund statements will be available by mid-February 2023.
We encourage you to download, as soon as possible, any historical statements from Donor Central, the former portal. Former portal access: DonorCentral. Our former portal is no longer updating information. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we make these improvements.
