Many mission-aligned organizations tuned in to here more about how to use the IMPACT Network to help build capacity. Through collective cooperation and investment from the region’s foundations and funders, along with the participation of trusted consultant partners, The Human Services Coalition (HSC) introduces the new IMPACT Network (IMPACT). IMPACT is a strategic, centralized process for consulting, training and coaching services for Tompkins County’s social impact sector organizations. The purpose is to offer targeted, agency-specific capacity building support while offsetting the cost for organizations. Consistent with HSC’s purposeful approach, IMPACT advances HSC’s vision of a community that embraces the dignity and well-being of all people, supported by an equitable and thriving not-for-profit sector.
